Division of Cardiology faculty featured in ML CTO Academy Course hosted in Nice, France

Division of Cardiology faculty members William Nicholson, MD and Stephan Rinfret, MD were recently featured on a live case transmission panel at the ML CTO Academy 2021 Course. The session was live-streamed at the Heart and Vascular Center at Emory University Hospital Midtown. The live case also featured guest panelist Emmanouil S. Brilakis, MD, PhD, director of the Center for Complex Coronary Interventions at the Minneapolis Heart Institute.

This year’s two-day coronary chronic total occlusion meeting was held both virtually and on-site in Nice, France, with Emory serving as the American hub for the event.

The ML CTO Academy is an educational and scientific association aiming to improve patient care through the support of teaching, science, research and clinical practice in the field of interventional cardiology, focusing on coronary chronic occlusions treatment.
