Shylika Glickman

Tell us about your role at Emory.
I am a program coordinator for the J. Willis Hurst Internal Medicine Residency Program.

How long have you worked at Emory? How long have you worked in the Department of Medicine?
I began serving in this capacity June 2014.

How has the Department of Medicine helped you in your career development?
The Department of Medicine has been rewarding to my career development by enhancing my communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

What do you like most about Emory?
The things I like most about Emory are its beautiful grounds, the employee health and wellness initiatives, and other workshops offered in order to manage the many hats we wear outside of work hours, such as caring for elderly parents, special needs children, financial planning, etc.

How do you define success?
I define success as accepting and allowing life to flow while remaining in a place of peace and alignment while continuing to create the life one desires.
