Celebrating the J. Willis Hurst Internal Medicine Residency’s Class of 2019

Emory’s J. Willis Hurst Internal Medicine Residency Program’s Class of 2019 graduates recently gathered with their colleagues, families, friends, and program leaders at The Carter Center for the annual senior banquet. The evening event commemorated residents’ experiences and honored their achievements.

Department of Medicine chair David S. Stephens, MD delivered opening remarks before being joined by the residency program leadership to recognize the 58 graduating residents. Distinction awards were also presented during the ceremony.
